Manley Firearms – Terms & Conditions of Sale

Manley Firearms, LLC

By placing an order with Manley Firearms, LLC (“Manley Firearms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

All purchasers must:

• Be legally eligible to purchase the items ordered.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Ensure the product ordered is legal in their jurisdiction.

Manley Firearms does not represent or warrant that any product may be legally purchased, possessed, or used in every locality. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws before placing an order.

All products are intended for lawful adult use only. By placing an order, the customer certifies they meet all applicable federal and state age requirements for the products purchased.

2. Firearms & FFL Transfers

All firearms and serialized items must ship to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

• Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals.
• The receiving FFL must agree to accept the transfer.
• Customers are responsible for any transfer fees charged by their selected FFL.
• Orders will not ship until valid FFL information has been received and verified.

Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer by the FFL, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

3. Pricing & Payment

We accept:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Discover
• American Express

We do not accept checks, eChecks, ACH, or third-party credit cards.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and product availability confirmed.

Manley Firearms reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or legal restrictions.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact Manley Firearms, LLC to resolve any billing issue prior to initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks, including disputes for products that have shipped or been transferred through an FFL, may result in collections action and recovery of associated fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Transfer Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Customers should review this policy for detailed information regarding:

• Shipping rates and flat fees
• Hazardous materials handling and fees
• Adult signature requirements
• Address accuracy responsibilities
• Shipping restrictions

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in the Shipping & Transfer Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional carrier fees resulting from incorrect addresses, delivery refusals, or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional charges.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier for non-firearm items, and upon transfer by the receiving FFL for firearms.

5. Hazardous Materials (Ammunition & Components)

Powder, primers, percussion caps, and certain ammunition are classified as hazardous materials and incur a $35.00 hazmat fee per order.

Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring ammunition is legal to purchase in their location.

6. Returns & Restocking

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Manley Firearms.

Returns must:

• Be requested within 30 days of receipt.
• Be returned in new, unaltered, unopened condition.
• Include original packaging in saleable condition.

Restocking fees may apply:

• Firearms (not transferred): up to 5%
• Accessories: up to 10%
• Ammunition & hazardous materials: non-returnable unless defective

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers refusing shipments are responsible for original and return freight charges.

Manley Firearms reserves sole discretion in approving or denying return requests.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Firearms that have been transferred
• Firearms that have been fired
• Ammunition
• Powder, primers, hazardous materials
• Special order items
• Installed optics, sights, rings, or mounts
• Food or hygiene-related products

8. Damaged or Missing Items

All shipping damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must:

• Retain all packaging materials
• Provide photographs of damage
• Notify both the carrier and Manley Firearms

Failure to report damage promptly may void claims.

9. Warranty

Manley Firearms is not a warranty repair center.

All warranty claims must be directed to the product manufacturer.

10. Order Refusal & Cancellation

Manley Firearms reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders due to legal restrictions
• Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors
• Refuse service at our discretion
• Limit quantities on any order

11. Collections & Legal Fees

In the event of unpaid balances, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees.

12. SMS Communications

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive informational and promotional messages from Manley Firearms.

• Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to purchases from Manley Firearms, LLC shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Adams County, Indiana.
