By placing an order with Manley Firearms, LLC (“Manley Firearms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

Manley Firearms does not represent or warrant that any product may be legally purchased, possessed, or used in every locality. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws before placing an order.
All products are intended for lawful adult use only. By placing an order, the customer certifies they meet all applicable federal and state age requirements for the products purchased.
2. Firearms & FFL Transfers
All firearms and serialized items must ship to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer by the FFL, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been processed and product availability confirmed.
Manley Firearms reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or legal restrictions.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact Manley Firearms, LLC to resolve any billing issue prior to initiating a chargeback.
Improper chargebacks, including disputes for products that have shipped or been transferred through an FFL, may result in collections action and recovery of associated fees.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional carrier fees resulting from incorrect addresses, delivery refusals, or failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier for non-firearm items, and upon transfer by the receiving FFL for firearms.
5. Hazardous Materials (Ammunition & Components)
Powder, primers, percussion caps, and certain ammunition are classified as hazardous materials and incur a $35.00 hazmat fee per order.
Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring ammunition is legal to purchase in their location.
6. Returns & Restocking
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Manley Firearms.
