Manley Firearms – Shipping & Transfer Policy

Manley Firearms, LLC (“Manley Firearms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to shipping orders quickly, securely, and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Shipping Rates

We utilize flat-rate shipping to provide simple, transparent pricing:

• Firearms: $15.00 flat rate per order
• Non-Firearm Items (Accessories & Optics): $10.00 flat rate per order except not qualifying items
• Ammunition / Hazardous Materials: $35.00 hazmat fee for every 35lbs. (in addition to applicable shipping rate)
• Free Shipping: Orders totaling $500.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping (excluding applicable hazmat fees)

Shipping rates apply per order, not per item.

Certain oversized or unusually heavy items may require additional freight charges. If applicable, we will contact you before processing the order.

Firearm Shipping & FFL Requirements

All firearms and serialized items must ship to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

• Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals.
• The receiving FFL must be willing to accept the transfer.
• Customers are responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer.
• Orders will not ship until valid FFL information has been received and verified.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected firearm is legal in their state and locality before placing an order.

Delivery Requirements

For security and fraud prevention purposes, an adult signature (21+) is required for all firearm shipments.

Adult signature may also be required for high-value or sensitive non-firearm shipments at our discretion.

Firearm shipments must be delivered to the licensed premises of the receiving FFL.

Ammunition & Hazardous Materials

Ammunition and certain components classified as hazardous materials require special handling and incur a $35.00 hazmat fee per order per 35 lbs.

• Ammunition cannot be shipped to all states or municipalities.
• Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws regarding ammunition purchases.
• Ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, distributor processing times, and carrier performance.

Address Accuracy & Carrier Fees

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.

Additional carrier fees may apply for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Address changes requested after shipment
• Returned or refused deliveries
• Failed delivery attempts

Any such fees, including return freight charges, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Manley Firearms, LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (for firearms)
• Locations where the product is prohibited by law

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional freight charges and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Legal Compliance

All purchases must comply with federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order, customers certify that they are legally eligible to purchase the items selected.

Manley Firearms reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable laws or distributor restrictions.
